2. Estimates & Pricing

• All estimates are based on the information provided by the customer.

• Final pricing may change if project details, materials, or labor requirements change.

• Any additional work not included in the original estimate will require approval from the customer.

3. Payments

• Payments must be made according to the schedule mentioned in the contract or invoice.

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

• Late payments may result in delayed work or additional charges.

4. Materials

We use materials agreed upon with the customer. If certain materials are unavailable, we may substitute with equal or better quality after informing the customer.

5. Project Timeline

 

We aim to complete all projects on time, but delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will always update customers regarding delays.

6. Access to Property

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area during agreed working hours.

7. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for a specific period (varies by service). Material warranties are provided by manufacturers.

8. Safety

We follow all safety rules and regulations. Customers must ensure the worksite is free from hazards that may affect workers.

9. Cancellation

Customers may cancel a project before work begins. If materials have already been purchased or work has started, cancellation charges may apply.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

• Pre-existing structural issues

• Hidden conditions (mold, leaks, wiring, etc.)

• Customer negligence

• Unauthorized modifications by other contractors

11. Changes to Terms
